Called to serve God by increasing awareness of His presence and declaring His love

‘Thy Kingdom Come’ Week of Prayer

Date:
Time:

Thy Kingdom Come is a prayer initiative led by the Churches of England for evangelism. It is held between Ascension and Pentecost, which this year falls between Thursday 30th May to Sunday 9th June 2019.

2019 is the 4th year in which it has been held and it continues to grow, especially in its ecumenical out-reach of different churches and denominations involved.

The theme and logo Thy Kingdom Come is now established in many parts of the world as world networks of churches and denominations in 85 countries are praying at the same time, using the Lords Prayer with the intention of evangelism.
The key theme this year is ‘Pray for Five’. Christians are praying for five people they know that at least one might become a follower of Jesus. Arthur Noble will be launching the theme during his morning service on Sunday 12th May.
