What is Metafit and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)?

Metafit is the original 30 minute metabolic workout that just keeps working! Great music, effective workouts and no expensive training costs or licence fees!

Metafit is a scientifically proven, results driven, high intensity 30 minute total body workout. Body weight exercises are an effective way to improve balance, flexibility, and strength, so you don’t need any fancy equipment. You can quite literally work your butt off to an awesome workout soundtrack.

Created by a former Royal Marine Commando and a national gymnast Metafit combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest interval and Tabata techniques to set the metabolism on fire!

Metafit pushes your muscles to fatigue and increases your heart rate, so you can carry on burning calories for 24 hours after the session.

The whole purpose of the Metafit workout is to push the body, both in terms of muscle fatigue and heart rate, to the limit in short bursts. We are trying to mimic that instinct to ‘run for your life’! Every muscle should be exhausted after the session in order for the body to send its recovery into overdrive!
