Called to serve God by increasing awareness of His presence and declaring His love

Fireplace Youth Club (5:00pm)

Date:
Time:

The Fireplace Youth Club offers local children & young people, aged 6-16, a safe space to relax & socialise with friends whilst taking part in a fun programme of activities.

The club, which is run by a volunteer committee in partnership with The Clock & Broadacres, runs every Tuesday during term time from 5.00pm until 6.30pm here in Stokesley Methodist Church Hall (entry by side gate). Group members who attend are also offered the chance to go on trips & are encouraged to get involved in local community activities.

To ensure the club continues to run successfully, we are looking for any local adults aged 18+ who would be interested in volunteering  their time in a number of ways regardless of experience. Here is how you can get involved:

1) Volunteer on a regular basis

2) Volunteer every other week on the club’s rota

3) Run a one-off activity/workshop with the young people, sharing your skills.

New volunteers will be supported to gain essential safeguarding checks, attend free youth work training & receive ongoing mentoring.
