Christian Aid Week falls within ‘Thy Kingdom Come’, an ecumenical global prayer movement throughout the 11 days between Ascension Day & Pentecost. The focus this year is ‘God’s Kingdom is Stronger than Storms’. Kingdom builders like us, from all walks of life & Christian traditions, come together during Christian Aid Week to step out in God’s mission for the world’s poorest people.
Today there is a street collection & volunteers from all three Stokesley Churches are ‘rattling’ their collection boxes along the High Street for donations. Please support this worthy cause from 9.00am in the morning until 3.00pm in the afternoon. Thank You.
